Brenda S. England, age 70 of Centralia formerly of Salem, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at SSM Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
Brenda was born on December 31, 1954 in Salem, Illinois, the daughter of Elmer and Louise (Borcherding) Quandt. She married David C. England on June 8, 1974 in Salem, Illinois and he preceded her in death on February 7, 2012.
Survivors include her sons; David England and wife Melissa of New Douglas, Illinois, and Mark England and wife Lydia of Salem; two daughters, Stephanie Hathaway of Missouri, and Kimberly Edgeworth and husband Chad of Iuka; 12 grandchildren; a sister, Cynthia Petrea and husband Richard of Iuka; a brother, Doug Quandt and special friend Wanda of Salem; a sister in-law, Tami Quandt of Salem; and special friends, Kathy Bache of Centralia, and Shirley from Centralia Estates. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
