Sherry (Nelson) Easley, age 55, of Iuka, IL, passed away unexpectedly on March 12, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering support for those she held dear. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt, and friend, she embraced each role with boundless love and selflessness, always putting others before herself.
Born on September 23, 1969, in Centralia to Robert and Loretta (Dixon) Nelson, Sherry attended Raccoon Grade School and later graduated from Centralia High School in 1989. On October 30, 1988, she married her high school sweetheart, Jon K. Easley and he survives her. Their love was the kind that people search for-a rare and beautiful bond built on deep devotion, laughter, and unwavering support.
