Marilyn (Ramsey) Hilliard, cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 27th, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on September 20th, 1942 in Bergman, Arkansas the daughter of Eugene and Helen (Pahl) Ramsey.Marilyn dedicated 27 years of her life as an LPN at the Warren G. Murray Center, where her expertise and kindness left a lasting impact on those she cared for. An LPN for over 58 years, Marilyn's commitment to nursing and caregiving extended beyond her professional life, as she was a devoted caregiver to many family members and a volunteer "pink lady" at St. Mary's Hospital.Her life was rich with simple joys-she found great pleasure in assembling puzzles, and creating beautiful works through crocheting and knitting. Marilyn was also an enthusiastic gardener, delighting in the beauty of the flowers and plants she nurtured.
